HR Project Manager (Analytics & Reporting) - Midshift

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Manager to drive skills optimization initiatives through data-driven insights and structured project execution. This role blends data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and project management to support talent development strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights and support talent strategies
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual infographics to communicate trends to stakeholders
• Prepare and present talent analytics, including demographic and historical trend analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and clear interpretation of risks and opportunities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to validate, interpret, and respond to enterprise-wide talent reports
• Translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights for leadership decision-making

• Develop and manage structured project plans, including objectives, timelines, and milestones
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead project meetings

• Coordinate global onboarding and offboarding surveys
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure accurate survey setup, execution, and reporting

• Maintain and update internal knowledge resources and intranet content
• Act as a subject matter resource on HR analytics and best practices
• Promote inclusive practices and integrate inclusion & diversity principles into talent initiatives

• 3-5 years of Project Management Experience required. HR experience preferred.
• Experience with advanced Excel functions to analyze data (VLOOKUP ups, Pivot tables), and comfort summarizing trends of large data files
• Experience working with HR data in excel, and an interest in talent, development and engagement
• Strong communication skills and client focus (internal)
