We are seeking highly competent and results-driven Broker Managers to support the marketing and sales initiatives of Federal Land NRE Global Inc. This role is responsible for leading broker engagement, driving sales performance, and expanding the organization’s broker network within the assigned areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Sales Execution
  • Promote and market Federal Land’s residential and commercial developments through structured marketing activities, advertisements, and other approved initiatives.
  • Achieve the required monthly and semestral sales quotas within the contract period.
Leadership and Broker Management
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of brokers to ensure high levels of engagement, productivity, and performance.
  • Provide coaching, sales direction, and support to enable brokers to effectively convert leads into sales.
Broker Recruitment and Network Expansion
  • Identify, screen, and recruit qualified brokers to strengthen and widen the company’s sales network.
  • Develop broker activation and onboarding strategies to ensure readiness and alignment with company standards.
Performance and Strategy Development
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at improving broker activity and overall sales performance.
  • Track broker output and recommend necessary actions to sustain and enhance productivity.
Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and relevant stakeholders to support long-term sales success.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to keep the organization informed and competitive.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven negotiation and problem solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales and recruitment strategies.
