Salary: ₱40,000-P50,000 + Commission

Qualifications:

✔️ Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership

✔️ Strong network and client relations background

✔️ Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets

✔️ Background in events, productions, or related industries is an advantage

✔️ Familiarity with events trends, branding, and audience engagement strategies

✔️ Ability to coordinate with suppliers, venues, and production teams

✔️ Knowledge in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and event promotions

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially under tight deadlines

✔️ Willingness to work on-site during events (weekends/holidays when needed)
