Senior quantity surveyor

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in quantity surveying, cost estimating, and/or project management.
- Ability to accurately estimate costs for construction projects
- Familiarity with various estimating methods, including unit rate, elemental, and cost per unit of measurement
- Familiarity with different types of contracts such as lump sum, cost
- plus, and design
