FULLSTACK GAME DEVELOPER (CEBU -ONSITE)

Role Summary

The ideal candidate is passionate about MMORPGs and has hands-on experience with real-time multiplayer systems, server stability, and performance optimization.

Technical Skills Requirement:

• Unity Engine proficiency with demonstrated experience in multiplayer/networked game projects.
• .NET backend development (C#) with hands on experience in professional projects.
• Deep understanding of multiplayer server architecture, client-server communication, state synchronization, and latency handling.
• Experience with networking middleware such as uLink, Photon, Mirror, or similar Unity networking solutions.
• MySQL database proficiency: Query optimization, schema design, and performance tuning for game databases.
• Proven track record of debugging, optimizing, and maintaining live 24/7 games or services.

Qualifications:

• Must actively play or have extensively played MMORPGs. Genuine enthusiasm for the genre is essential: Mordhau, Chivalry Medieval Warfare, Mount and Blade, Mortal Online are a big plus on this regard.
• Ability to quickly understand and modify an existing, complex codebase with limited documentation.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Professional working proficiency required for daily communication with international team

• Experience modifying networking middleware source code (uLink, RakNet, or similar)·
• Familiarity with legacy Unity networking systems·
• Experience with large-scale PvP systems (100+ concurrent players in combat)· Linux server administration experience·
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or OVH)·
• Previous experience with game relaunches or live service operations·
• Knowledge of anti-cheat systems and game security
