Finance Manager for Construction Industry

Status: Full-Time | Onsite

Are you a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong financial backbone and an impressive track record in the construction industry? We're looking for a results-driven Finance Manager who will serve as a strategic partner in leading the financial direction of our growing company.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the overall financial management of the company, from budgeting and forecasting to financial strategy and risk management.
• Oversee and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Drive cost control and financial efficiency initiatives across all ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Direct and manage the internal audit function, identifying operational and financial risks and recommending sound business solutions.
• Collaborate with executive management on strategic planning, financial modeling, and long-term fiscal health.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations.
• Provide critical insights for pricing strategies, procurement planning, and capital investments.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed CPA with solid experience in the construction industry is a must.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Finance, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in project-based accounting, job costing, and cash flow management.
• Strong background in internal controls, audit compliance, and reporting systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in financial software and ERP systems used in construction management.
