Full-time marketing assistant + video editor

We’re hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant + Video Editor to support growing social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Add captions, transitions, hooks, music, and pacing optimized for engagement
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for social media
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads tasks
• Help build and schedule marketing emails
• Support social media management and other digital marketing tasks
• Organize files, content, and marketing assets

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Minimum 1 year of video editing experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to work full-time remotely with reliable internet
• Interest in learning new tools and improving workflows, including AI tools when helpful

• Google Ads or Meta Ads experience
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or brands
• Familiarity with short-form social media trends and content strategies
