I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical troubleshooting & change execution
- Advanced troubleshooting (routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN)
- Configuration changes (approved)
- BGP/OSPF issue resolution
- Interface & performance tuning
- Vendor TAC engagement
- Change implementation
- Patch/firmware upgrades
- Maintenance activities
- Proposed and implement improvement during operation management period
- Must be a permanent employee of the bidder
- Must hold a current and valid certifications on the following:
- Network Associate or Professional Level for the brand being offered (e.g. CCNA/CCNP for Cisco, JNCIA/JNCIP for Juniper, etc.)
- ITILv4 Foundation or higher
- Must have a least 5 years experience in handling network infrastructure or network operations support.
- Must also have at least 3 years experience in using monitoring tools and managing network related incidents.
