The Marketing Director, or the Commercial Head, leads the marketing and sales functions of the Noodles operations of Nissin-Universal Robina Corporation, while directly coordinating with Nissin Headquarters. The role is responsible in:

1. Enabling the achievement and delivery of key commercial results, as set and aligned with top management.
2. Participating in developing strategic plans and action planning relevant to growing Nissin-Universal Robina noodles brands and building stronger brand equity
3. Co-leading with Tribe Lead objectives and strategies to execute brand communications and trade & distribution strategies
4. Driving data-centric sales and marketing innovations and operational improvements using market insights, consumer & shopper behaviors, and internal sales & marketing data
5. Partnering with Corporate Functions, majorly BCFG Sales and NUR Integrated Supply Chain, in driving execution of commercial strategies.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Operations or Business Management, or related courses.
• 10 to 15 years of working experience in FMCG manufacturing operations; experience in Noodles manufacturing is required
• Exposure to different areas manufacturing including, but not limited to, production operations, maintenance, production management, quality assurance, risk management and safety regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Japanese language is required
