About the role
Borough Medical Care Institute Inc. is seeking a dedicated and creative Marketing Officer to join our team in Davao on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive patient engagement across the healthcare sector.As Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for creating compelling campaigns, managing communications, and supporting the Institute's mission to deliver exceptional medical care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry whilst working within a dynamic marketing and communications environment.
Key responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Institute's healthcare services and enhance brand visibility
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and promotional collateral
- Manage and maintain the Institute's social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and regular engagement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and insights for marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support the development and execution of patient outreach programmes and community engagement activities
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures for various promotional activities
- Collaborate with senior marketing staff to contribute ideas and support strategic marketing planning
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive content
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software applications
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
- Experience with graphic design or video editing is preferred but not essential
