Chat Sales Representative

Are you persuasive, dependable, and passionate about helping people make the right purchase decisions? We're looking for a Chat Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales through real-time conversations. In this role, you’ll engage with potential and existing customers via live chat—answering questions, recommending products or services, and converting interest into sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle live chat interactions with prospective and current customers.
• Recommend products/services based on customer needs to drive conversions.
• Answer questions clearly and professionally to build trust and close sales.
• Overcome objections and follow up on warm leads when needed.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of chats and sales outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to align with brand tone and sales goals.

What You Bring:

• Excellent English writing and reading skills with a friendly, natural tone.
• Previous experience in online sales, chat support, or a customer service role (BPO experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, including lead nurturing and objection handling.
• A reliable computer/laptop and a fast, stable internet connection.
• The ability to juggle multiple conversations and tools at once in a remote setting.
• Self-discipline, motivation, and a drive to meet or exceed targets.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Hands-on experience with CRM, live chat, or sales tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.).
• Background working with international or remote teams.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results.
