About the Role:
As a Content Writer, you’ll play a key role in shaping Boostlingo’s brand voice and messaging. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, audience-focused content that drives engagement and supports lead generation. From blogs and case studies to social posts and email campaigns, you’ll craft compelling stories that resonate with professionals in the language services, healthcare, and government sectors.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, impactful content.
What You'll be Doing:
- Research and organize sources of information
- Write well-researched and lead-gen-focused content across a wide range of topics for multiple audiences (language services, healthcare, and government)
- Use storytelling to turn business insights and technical topics into compelling narratives
- Produce high-quality case studies, eBooks, reports, newsletters, emails and social posts
- Ensure consistency in writing styles, fonts, images, and tone
- Collaborate with designers to align written content with the brand, and with the SEO and other marketing teams to distribute content across channels
- Work with internal and external SMEs to source original insights and data for your content
- Ability to take content and package it for distribution across multiple channels
- Edit and proofread content by other team members
- Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Learn and leverage AI tools to improve productivity
- Stay-up to date with industry trends and contribute to the company’s content strategy

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills with preferred experience in research or journalism writing
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Not required: Content re-packaging skills and proficiency in tools like Canva and Descript.
- Research and fact-checking abilities
- Proficiency with content management systems (like WordPress) and analytics tools
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross -functional teams
- Experience with copywriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-read on social media for trends and marketing
