Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions within a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal systems
• Generate reports and dashboards to support operations and management
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business performance
• Work closely with different departments to understand data needs
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Setup:

• Option to work onsite in Ortigas or remotely (WFH)
