About the role
Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and driven Global Business Development Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our global footprint across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors and partners
- Develop and execute global market expansion strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for international market entry
- Monitor global trends and recommend growth strategies
- Achieve sales targets and business development goals
- Represent the company in international trade shows and meetings
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Bachelor's degree In Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or related role
- Proven experience handling international markets is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Willing to travel internationally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
