Category Manager (Pharmacy)

Manage the national product portfolio, including assortment planning and SKU performance.
- Lead pricing strategy and conduct market benchmarking to stay competitive.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide product decisions and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and category expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio or category management background within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industries
- Strong foundation in pricing strategy, market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be amenable to report to the office in Parañaque 3x a week
- Competitive base salary ranging from PHP 150,000 to PHP 250,000 monthly, based on experience and current compensation
