Legal Officer - Quezon City

 Providing legal advice and opinions;  Monitoring the dispute resolution process and to ensure compliance pursuant to R.A. No. 9510 and other applicable existing rules and regulations;  Providing administrative & project support involving legal matters;  Conducting research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal issues / concerns;  Ensuring all transaction, operations, policies and procedures of the CIC are valid, binding and enforceable under any court of law;  Reviewing / drafting contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents;  Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation;  Ensuring that the company’s interests are protected under the law;  Establishing / improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc.;  Performing other functions as may be required by the CIC Management
