Job Description

- - Opening new accounts that shall be part of the company’s active accounts
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Look for opportunities to partner with and expand customer base
- Inform clients about new products, promos, and changes in product prices and/or sizes
- Implement sales and marketing program
- Main intermediary between the company and the customer in achievement of profitable growth through proper stock handling
- Achieve sales targets measured on a monthly basis
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Notify the customer if there will be no delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Vocational course graduate or Diploma of a four-year business courseTraining Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail environment and product handling
Others:
- Physically fit and able to lift loads
- Has verbal ability to communicate effectively with customers (familiar with local native language is a plus)
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- Strong sense of ethics and good business acumen
- Good interpersonal skills to work with wide variety of people each day, build relationship and network
- Strong knowledge in Baguio, La Trinidad and nearby provinces geography
- Communication skills, especially persuasion to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team wide efforts
- Strong moral integrity
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Benguet and outside Benguet
