About the role
Commsec Inc. is seeking a talented Drive Test Analyst to join our team in Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive drive tests to ensure the quality and performance of our telecommunications network.Your work will be instrumental in delivering reliable, high-quality connectivity to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute detailed drive test plans to evaluate the coverage, capacity, and performance of our mobile network
- Collect, analyse, and interpret drive test data to identify areas for network improvement
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Document and present findings to stakeholders, providing recommendations for network optimisation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in drive testing and network performance analysis
- Mentor and train junior team members on drive testing methodologies and tools
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in drive testing and network performance analysis
- Proficient in the use of drive test tools and software, such as Nemo, TEMS, and MapInfo
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring and training junior team members
- Familiarity with mobile network technologies, including 4G/5G, LTE, and HSPA
