Posted on 7 April 2026Principal Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage day-to-day operation of the station. Duties include control and monitor station expenses and inventory, conduct mini-audits, computer entry, and customer relations.
To ensure Health, Safety, Security and Environment in the station at all times.
Manage matters relating to the team. Duties include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, developing, and performance management.
Performs all duties of station staff as required.
Must conduct themselves at all times, in accordance with the CF’s Code of Conduct.
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
SPECIFIC TASKS: Report for work 15 minutes earlier, than the start of shift.
Witness the reading of the digital and analog on the dispenser by the cashier include fuel tank level on the storage Conduct spot audit on the cashier’s Booth.
Conduct a pre-shift briefing of activities such as promotions, gimmicks, cleaning reminders, etc.
Inspect the Forecourt Operation Item or FOI.
Re-check the report of the cashier; Ensure that the text report vs sales book is correct and balance prior sending the Sales report.
Witness the consolidation and counting of the sales, open the money bag, and ensure that all the money is emptied inside. Count and sealed the money plastic that has the sales, deposit slip. Signed the sales book and ensure that the money has been drop inside the vault.
Prepare for the Bank deposit and update the bank-recon logbook to ensure that all the cash deposits inside the cash vault are listed on the log book.
Act as cashier and/or pump attendant when necessary Make a routine check on the station to check the cleanliness of the station.
Qualifications/Requirements
STATION SUPERVISOR (MALE/FEMALE) :- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
- With Strong Analytical Skills and with Good Communication Skill
- Excellent problem-solving Skill
- Flexible, can be assigned anywhere
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- With At least 6months to 1 year work experience in Supervisor (required)
