- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or similar roles
- Customer-oriented with a service-first mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and systems
- Outgoing and personable, with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or equivalent experienc
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from clients to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide.
- Research and identify the specific equipment or specialists required for each request and coordinate operations accordingly.
- Provide courteous and informative customer support, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any significant client issues, such as delays or delivery difficulties.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor job progress, and promptly address any concerns.
- Participate in limited on-call service rotations with compensation.
- Be available to work on-call rotations as required.
