Job Description
The Senior Internal Sales Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Manila-based Internal Sales team supporting the Australian business. Working closely with the Australia-based Internal Sales Manager, you'll establish performance goals, coach lead generation specialists, improve sales quality, and help expand market coverage across key geographic regions.
This role combines people leadership, sales operations, recruitment, coaching, reporting, and strategic planning to strengthen pipeline generation and improve sales performance across multiple market segments.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Proven experience managing high-performing sales, lead generation, or inside sales teams
- Previous leadership experience in sales operations or business development
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales professionals
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and performance reports
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Australian or international clients is highly advantageous
- Highly organized with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach Lead Generation Specialists
- Set individual and team performance goals aligned with business objectives
- Allocate territories and market segments across the sales team
- Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and continuous development
- Conduct regular product training sessions using company-provided training materials
- Mentor team members through ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Complete daily call quality audits using Dubber
- Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions to improve lead quality and conversion performance
- Partner with the Australia-based Internal Sales Manager to identify target industries, geographic regions, and market opportunities
- Support growth initiatives by expanding lead generation across emerging markets
- Help refine lead generation strategies to improve sales effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to strengthen lead quality and customer qualification processes
- Prepare daily KPI reports covering lead generation, conversions, and new target accounts
- Track team productivity and performance against business objectives
- Monitor sales activities and recommend improvements based on performance trends
- Maintain regular communication with Australian Internal Sales teams
- Gather feedback to improve lead quality, qualifying data, and customer information
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous process improvements across the sales function
