Warehouse clerk

About the role

Paperland, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Balong Bato, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a vital role in the efficient operations of our paper products distribution centre, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

• Receiving, inspecting, and carefully recording the receipt of incoming deliveries from suppliers
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse, including the proper storage and labelling of inventory
• Performing regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain precise inventory records
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Collaborating with the logistics team to optimise warehouse operations and distribution
• Adhering to all health, safety, and quality control procedures

• Graduate of any 4-year college course
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
