Accounting Officer (Urgent Hiring)
About the role
Joeun Partners International, Inc., is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join their team in Pasig City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy of its accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of Accounting duties, including processing invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements, reports, and other Accounting documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and data.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide support to the broader business, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree.
- Registered / Licensed CPA is required for this field.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of Accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
