Specialist, Learning Management System (LOS Admin Support)

The Position

Looking for a role that will allow you to expand your technical knowledge and expertise with Learning Management System and further develop innovative processes? Join us and perform activities that support compliance with the applicable policies and processes.

As a Specialist in LOS Admin Support, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, create training matrices, assign/remove training profiles, manage learning content within the system, run applicable reports, and maintain accurate records of all Learning One Source activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will be monitoring My Services Ticket/Requests.
  • Maintenance of our Learning Management System (Learning One Source).
  • Provide high level support by troubleshooting and providing analysis and accurate resolution to LOS related queries.
  • Provide proactive customer request updates and timely completion of customer request.
  • Maintain high level of service quality.
  • Running Reports
  • Adherence to the Quality Handbook and the agreed SLA.
  • Compliance to Service Set-up Plan and Work Instruction Documents.

About our Future Employee

You should have at least 1-2 years knowledge and experience in Learning Management tool such as LOS.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Experience in Business Service Center catering global clients.
  • Experience in GxP related environment a nice to have.
  • An excellent understanding and expertise of working with standardized processes is required.
  • Should have sound experience providing services to a customer by being observant, proactive and communicative. Provide collaborative skills and a high level of service-orientation to deliver comprehensive solutions to customer’s needs.
  • Should have good English language skills (written and spoken) as well as thorough knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must have Reporting and Data Analytics skills, can extract data and create dashboards for presentation.
  • Project management skills, e.g. presenting the status of KPIs and reporting this information may be required.
  • Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule.
