Client Solutions Manager (Account Manager)

Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Account Manager role with a focus on IT projects and system enhancements.
- Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, managing relationships and ensuring successful IT solution delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Project Management, with solid knowledge of both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with IT project delivery, having successfully managed or delivered IT projects as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
- Contract management experience, including SOW, MA, MITA, etc.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating to stakeholders at various levels.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Banking or financial services.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or IT Management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure IT plans and strategies align with the goals of the business units, helping bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client touchpoints to review the status of priority projects and BAU requests, ensuring continuous alignment and communication.
- End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of the ideation and initiation phases of IT projects and system enhancements, working collaboratively with business and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Resource and Budget Management: Coordinate with business units to review project budgets and resource allocation. Negotiate with clients on delivery dates and resource availability, ensuring project priorities are balanced.
- System Enhancement Evaluation: Assess and evaluate BAU system enhancement requests, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and addressed.
- Business Case Preparation: Collaborate with the business units in preparing business cases and high-level requirements documentation to support the development of technology solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and teamwork with business units, key personnel, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and efficient project executives
