Urgent Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

We're looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our dynamic solar energy team! As an SE, you will be at the forefront of expanding our impact by connecting with businesses and homeowners interested in sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers
2. Present proposals and educate clients on cost savings and environmental benefits
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales activities to management
5. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and operations team for smooth project delivery

Qualifications:

1. Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (solar or real estate experience is a plus)
2. Preferably with background in selling to residential and/or commercial client markets (real estate, construction, building owners, etc.)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Driven, persuasive, and results-oriented
5. Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
6. Knowledge of solar energy is an advantage but not required – we provide training!
