Customer Support Representative (ZR_23136_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday between 12pm-9pm Singaporean time (With a 1 hour break).

This dynamic company offers unique “foodie treasure hunt” adventures, combining elements of a food walking tour and an outdoor escape room. Customers embark on a thrilling journey, following a series of riddles and clues that lead them to different restaurant partners along the way.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via WhatsApp and email
- Troubleshoot problems customers face during the food treasure hunt experiences
- Liaise with restaurants and other vendors to resolve on-site issues
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Utilize the company’s internal systems and workflows
- 3+ years experience in general customer service roles
- Able to think quickly and creatively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with basic computer systems
- Willingness to work weekends
- Process-driven, eager to learn, and able to converse with customers over messaging, so quick thinking and typing.
