• Maintain operational documentation and policies (KB) to the required standards
• Be available for any task required by Company in relation to client IT needs.
• 1 year experience in desktop/helpdesk support (preferably for an MSP or the like)
• Experience with helpdesk ticket flow and working in a helpdesk environment
• Strong knowledge and experience supporting a Windows 10 environment
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including user creation and
