About the role

With a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, you will be based in our BGC Taguig office and work on a full-time basis.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle complex customer inquiries
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to efficiently manage customer interactions
