Who We're Looking For

Cebu's construction boom is creating massive demand for vertical transportation solutions — and we need a driven Sales & Marketing Officer to seize it. If you know the Visayas market, can build relationships with key project stakeholders, and have the hustle to turn leads into signed contracts, this role is for you.

• Develop and execute a localized sales strategy targeting Cebu's real estate developers, contractors, architects, and building managers.
• Prospect new accounts and nurture existing relationships across Cebu and nearby Visayas provinces.
• Prepare and deliver customized elevator solution proposals and presentations.
• Conduct site visits and project coordination meetings with clients and technical teams.
• Drive the company's social media presence and support local marketing initiatives in the Visayas region.
• Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline; hit a minimum of 20 RFQs monthly.
• Submit weekly sales pipeline updates and monthly workload reports every 3rd week.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in construction, building solutions, or technical industry
• Strong local network in Cebu's real estate and construction community is a major advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing social media platforms for brand promotion
• Cebu-based or willing to relocate — required
• Willing to travel across Visayas as needed
