Internal Job Title: Client Services ManagerLocation: One Ayala, Makati City (must be open to visit other KMC sites if needed)
Work Set-Up: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite; 1 day WFH); changes depending on business needs.
Work Schedule: Mostly 9AM to 6PM (must be flexible in schedule changes if needed)
Position Summary:The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing client relationships while supporting workspace planning, occupancy requirements, and office space solutions across assigned sites. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring a positive client experience through effective account management, workspace coordination, and operational support.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams including Engineering, Facilities, Sales, and Workspace Operations to support occupancy planning, office expansions, workspace implementations, and site-related projects.The role also plays a key part in client retention, revenue growth, and identifying opportunities to enhance workspace solutions based on client needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts after onboarding
- Gather and understand client requirements related to workspace, occupancy, and operational needs
- Support workspace planning initiatives, including office expansions, relocations, and space optimization projects
- Coordinate with Engineering, Facilities, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
- Assist in managing workspace implementations, fit-out requirements, and site-related initiatives
- Address client concerns, requests, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth and workspace expansion
- Promote additional workspace solutions, meeting facilities, and related services where applicable
- Track occupancy levels and identify opportunities to maximize site utilization
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates related to occupancy, client satisfaction, renewals, and project progress
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for operational improvements
- Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders
- Foster strong client relationships to support long-term retention and business growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in client management, account management, workspace solutions, property management, project coordination, or related roles.
- Experience in commercial real estate, coworking spaces, property management, brokerage, or workplace solutions is highly preferred.
- Exposure to occupancy planning, space planning, workspace implementation, facilities coordination, or fit-out projects is an advantage.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for client growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Willing to work primarily onsite in Makati City as business needs require.
