Basic responsibility include:

  • Responding to and managing client messages promptly via WhatsApp.
  • Managing emails and communication with external partners, such as banks and auditors.
  • Overseeing the company incorporation process and liaising with partners.
  • Handling monthly financial accounting for a few clients.
  • Assisting with sales inquiries by taking calls and responding to messages.
  • Issuing monthly invoices to clients and managing payment collections.
  • Assisting in the auditing process.
  • Onboarding new clients.
  • Work hand in hand with partners with consulting projects.
  • Managing accounting and bookkeeping of different clients with support from the team

Working arrangements:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Budgeted hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible working hours; we don't micromanage.
  • We use project management tools and work in Google Workspace.

Ideal candidate should have following qualification and experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Marketing
  • ACCA qualified or in the process of obtaining qualification
  • At least 5 years of working experience preferably in an accounting firm / managing team
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Excellent active English listening skills Ability to collect, track, process and analyze large amount of data
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and ecommerce
  • Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, MYOB, etc.
  • Agile and self-reliant personality
