About the role
Join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a Customer Support Representative - Corporate Travel. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service to support their corporate travel needs.With a focus on driving customer satisfaction, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the company's corporate travel services.
What you'll be doing- Handle incoming calls, emails, and digital inquiries from corporate clients efficiently and with a professional demeanor
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers on travel options, policies, and procedures
- Assist with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of customer requests
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company policies to provide the best possible service
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
- 1yr GDS experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and reservation platforms to manage bookings and customer information
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
