Security Supervisor - Gapan, Nueva Ecija

Job Summary:

Security Supervisor oversees and monitors compliance with security standards to provide a safe and healthy work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Liaises and communicates with internal and external affairs.
• Ensures the accomplishment of tasks of all security personnel.
• Conducts security risk assessment and internal training.
• Monitors budget for Security department.
• Prepares and submits security reports and analytics needed for business decisions.
• Prepares security policy and procedures.
• Initiates security awareness, education & information.
• Manages and maintains Security department’s supplies, inventory & logistics.
• Manages Security documents, files, and valuable records.
• Recommend courses of action to the Security Operations Coordinator on matters pertaining to the improvement of section operations and efficiency as input for annual review and system improvement upgrade.
• Ensure the dignitary protection for all VIPs.
• Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
• Supports and Implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
• Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Code on Right Employee Ethics and Discipline (CREED), and Corporate Governance.
• Protects intellectual property, Company proprietary and confidential information.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology. License Criminologist is advantage
• Must have a valid PNP SOSIA License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) as Security Officer or up
• Must be a Certified Security Professional or any security field certification
• At least three (3) years work experience in the same field
