We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across all online platforms. This role plays a key part in building brand visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and driving lead generation through data-informed strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, social media management, and campaign analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Digital & Social Media Strategy Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive digital and social media strategies across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely, relevant, and brand-aligned posts.
- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns, utilizing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on digital trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and campaign impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Work closely with internal departments (marketing, creative, PR, sales) and external vendors or agencies to execute campaigns.
- Ensure digital initiatives align with the company’s overall business and marketing strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Campaign Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Track and evaluate campaign performance to identify areas of opportunity.
- Leverage analytics to refine content, ad strategies, and influencer collaborations.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, influencer partnerships, or brand activation.
- Strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns and influencer-led initiatives.
- Digital Advertising: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Analytics & Insights: Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social analytics tools; ability to analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement rates.
- SEO/SEM: Understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO practices; familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- CMS Proficiency: Experience managing content on platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Skilled in using Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign, with experience in segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Social Media Tools: Experienced in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Web & Pixel Tracking: Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and proper conversion tracking setup.
- Marketing Automation & Funnels: Familiarity with tools such as ClickFunnels or Leadpages; ability to map customer journeys and build automated funnels.
