About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and enhance the performance of an Australian real estate operations team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with exposure in training, team leadership, and systems or platform management—preferably in Australian real estate brands.

This role requires someone who can drive operational excellence, manage client expectations, and support continuous improvement for teams aligned with real estate sales, property management, marketing, and back-office support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate support team, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team leaders, trainers, and agents to elevate performance and service delivery.
  • Conduct or oversee onboarding and training programs, with a strong focus on Australian real estate processes and systems.
  • Manage and optimise workflows, platforms, and tools commonly used within Australian real estate CRMs, marketing, and listing systems.
  • Monitor account performance and implement action plans to improve it.
  • Drive operational excellence, quality assurance, and process standardisation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management and client partners.
  • Support recruitment, workforce planning, and scaling initiatives for the account.
  • Handle escalations, issue resolution, and client feedback with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, team leadership, or training.
  • Background in Australian real estate is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate platforms, CRMs, listing portals, and support processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop training programs, and manage complex client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
