Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Copywriter Specialist who can transform ideas into compelling campaigns, engaging content, and impactful brand stories. This role is responsible for developing creative concepts and persuasive copy that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support marketing and sales initiatives across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, social media trends, and beauty and lifestyle marketing. Beyond writing, this role plays an active part in conceptualizing campaigns, product launches, and creative initiatives that bring the brand to life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, content themes, and marketing angles that align with brand objectives
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media, digital advertisements, websites, email marketing, e-commerce platforms, and promotional campaigns
- Create campaign taglines, headlines, scripts, product messaging, and brand narratives that capture audience attention and drive engagement
- Develop product descriptions, launch materials, promotional content, and sales-driven copy that effectively communicate product benefits
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Product Development teams to execute campaigns and brand initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, activations, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels
- Conduct research on consumer insights, market trends, competitors, and industry developments to create relevant and effective content
- Proofread and edit content to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand standards
- Stay updated on beauty, lifestyle, social media, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve content performance
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, creative marketing, advertising, or a related role
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Filipino
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and marketing communications
- Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, e-commerce, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Highly creative with the ability to develop original concepts, campaign ideas, and compelling brand narratives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
