HR STAFF

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave records, and overtime.
• Coordinate employee benefits, government contributions, and HR documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Monitor and track employee leaves, absences, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Provide administrative support in disciplinary actions, incident reporting, and other employee relations matters.
• Assist with HR reports, audits, and compliance requirements with DOLE or other regulatory bodies.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in distribution, logistics, or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
