QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS ACCOUNTANCY, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, or its equivalent
- Proven experience as a FINANCE ASSISTANT or in a similar role
- Knowledge in Basic accounting and expense tracking
- Familiarity with asset management systems or spreadsheets
- Attention to detail
- Documentation accuracy
- Understanding of compliance and audit requirement
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and update asset registry and documentation.
- Track asset-related expenses, transfers, and usage logs.
- Coordinate asset handovers and compliance checks.
