About the role
JR PLASTIC' is seeking a dedicated Custodian to oversee the efficient management of our store room at our facility in San Pedro City Laguna. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the proper storage, organisation and maintenance of our inventory and supplies.As Custodian, you will play a vital role in supporting our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations.
What you'll be doing- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory and supplies according to established protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all items in the store room, including quantity, location, and condition
- Coordinate the retrieval and distribution of items to various departments as needed
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or issues
- Ensure the store room is kept clean, organised and well-maintained at all times
- Assist in the implementation of new storage and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with the Warehousing, Storage & Distribution team to optimise processes
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standardised procedures
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain logistics
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
