Responsibilities

Serve as the product specialist for the product / solutions offered by the company.

Responsible in pre-sales activities covering the followings:

Conduct product demonstration

Perform client requirement analysis

Design solutions based on client’s requirements

Provide functional and technical clarification to clients

Prepare solution proposal and presentation slide

Support in prototype development and pilot run.

Provide product training, consultancy services and technical advice to clients.

Assist in project implementation and provide post-production support to clients.

To work closely with sales team in technical sales presentations.

Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field

Possess strong interpersonal and team player who is able to work independently

Good analytical & problem-solving skills and innovative thinking abilities

Strong presentation, project management, planning skills and technical writing

Excellent written and spoken in English.
