Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing:

  • Assess client’s needs and present suitable company products.
  • Provide clear product information and promote these by providing product samples
  • Collaborate with clients to prescribe the correct products to end users / patients to ensure effective sales, which means quick turnover of stocks and maximized sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and collection target.
  • Ensuring optimum sales for each product, or consistency in product sales to realize maximum sales potentials
  • Create and Develop sales and marketing strategies as an individual and a team member to ensure consistent growth of sales and product development, as well as brand management

Collection:

Description of Role
  • Managing all the outstanding accounts receivables form clients and customers. In addition, they may be responsible for other aspects of collections, resolve customer billing problems and reducing the number of accounts receivables.
  • Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
  • Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer payments may it be in cash, check or bank/ online transfer with accordance to the payment due dates.
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
  • Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  • Conduct cash and check transactions with customers.
  • Provide a receipt to customer paying in person.
  • Endorse all checks weekly through “Weekly Sales Report” submission to Head Office
  • Enter transactions into accounts receivable system, or cash receipt records/system
  • Count the cash and deposit the cash collection to designated corporate bank accounts and submit supporting documentation to the Head Office electronically at the end of their shift.

Business Development:

  • Engage and develop new business opportunities in line with the company's business development plan
  • Ensure constant and consistent growth of new customers over the period specified by management
  • Admin
  • Ensure consistent growth in product in industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, trainings and conventions as requested and required by Management and the employee's direct supervisor
