About the role
Ecoverde Homes Corporation, a leading provider of sustainable housing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Technical and Design Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Santo Tomas City, Batangas and will play a crucial part in driving the company's design and engineering strategies.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the technical design and planning processes for all Ecoverde Homes projects
- Collaborate with the engineering and architectural teams to ensure designs meet and exceed industry standards
- Manage the development of technical specifications, drawings, and other project documentation
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
- Lead a team of technical and design professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making for the company's engineering and design functions
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in a technical and design planning role within the civil/structural engineering industry
- Strong technical expertise in the design and construction of residential and commercial buildings
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using engineering design software and project management tools
