Job Qualifications: o Strong familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD, BIM360, RevIT and related drafting software.
o Experience with Microsoft suite (Sharepoint, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Etc)o Experience with PowerAutomate highly desired but not required.
o Experience with IRI Tileflow, 6Sigma (CFD Modeling Software) highly desired but not required.
o Previous architectural experience desired, but not required.
Responsibilities:o Responsible for developing a base lease exhibit file, which is used for space planning and stacking reports, for all Client buildings across the portfolio.
o Where existing base lease exhibit files exist perform updates to bring them in to compliance with the 2021 standard and ensure data is accurate.
o Work with recently acquired companies and JV properties (INXN, Lamda Helix, Ascenty, MCDR, etc) to develop BLE files for those properties that mirror DLRs standards to ensure smooth sales process.
o Responsible for making final updates and record keeping for all deals in a property (Stacking Plans) and ensuring files are accessible via SEFIS.
o Auditing Gating Portal for missing drawings, diagrams, and content required to be available for lease generation. Work with D&C to locate missing drawings, recreate them, or otherwise resolve the issue.
