We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead one of our retail stores in SM LA UNION. As a key member of our Great Image Services Corporation team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression. What you'll be doing Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience in retail management, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
