E-commerce Sales Coordinator - Quezon City

Job description:

The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and invoicing at the sales counter, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Encode, consolidate, and convert Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Requests (SRs) into the internal system.
• Maintain and regularly update masterlists per dealer, tracking sales, requests, and inventories.
• Follow up on Sales Requests and coordinate with relevant departments to expedite processing.
• Monitor and follow up on collections, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
• Track and update aging SKUs (slow-moving or stagnant inventory) per dealer.
• Request, update, and monitor inventory levels for each dealer to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Coordinate borrowing of items for demo purposes and ensure proper documentation and return.
• Facilitate and track direct orders from dealers or clients and ensure proper fulfillment.
• Assist in general sales operations, reporting, and maintaining communication between sales, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in sales coordination, admin support, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, reliable, and a team player.
