What You'll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for US-based healthcare providers and clinics
  • Respond to inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy
  • Complete healthcare-related administrative tasks based on client-specific protocols
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless service and workflow efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • 1–5 years of BPO experience (customer service or technical support preferred)
  • Background in healthcare support is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on US time zones
