About the role
As a Warehouseman at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for the safe and effective handling, storage, and movement of goods, ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, inspecting, and unloading incoming shipments
- Storing items in designated locations within the warehouse
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-functioning warehouse environment
- Assisting with inventory management, stock-taking, and cycle counting
- Adhering to all health, safety, and quality control procedures
- Collaborating with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations
- Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics, or distribution role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and systems (e.g. forklifts, barcode scanners)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement
