Leasing manager

Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily leasing activities and tenant sourcing efforts.
• Identify, attract, and negotiate with prospective tenants to achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants.
• Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and renewal of lease agreements.
• Monitor tenant performance and recommend strategies for tenant retention.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance Departments to support tenant requirements.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and market trend analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company leasing policies and procedures.
• Participate in trade fairs, business events, and field visits to generate new tenant leads.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, business development, or property management, preferably in a mall or commercial property setting.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Results-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and business development activities.
• Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
