FOOD TECHNOLOGIST

Qualifications:

• Candidate must BS Food Technology graduate or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience as food technologist
• Has knowledge in Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, Food Engineering and Sensory Evaluation of foods.
• Evaluate flavor submissions from suppliers and give recommendation
• Design and establish process parameters and product specification prior to mass or commercial production
• Conducts panel testing, prepares sensory evaluation results, and monitor shelf-life studies of experimental products.
• Trouble-shooting of technical problems encountered in the production / operation.
• Familiar with government regulations on manufacturing
• Knowledgeable on laboratory equipment
